Assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine
Weiwei Dang is an assistant professor of molecular and human genetics and the Huffington Center on Aging at Baylor College of Medicine. His research lab uses yeast replicative aging as a model, together with human primary cell lines and adult stem cells, to study evolutionarily conserved epigenetic mechanisms during aging and development of age-related cancers.
Dang holds a PhD in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He completed BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Peking University.
