I helped to expose the poor care scandal at the Mid Staffs NHS Foundation Trust and sat through most of the 139 days of evidence to the Francis Inquiry and gave evidence.
My work is focused on reporting accurately and fairly on issues of patient safety, quality of care and regulation.
