Originally from Larchmont, New York, she has always had a passion for politics and journalism. She studied political science and journalistic writing at the University of Pennsylvania, where she became the top editor of The Daily Pennsylvanian. Before joining The Hill, she worked at CNN as an intern and later as a news associate and desk assistant. Her time at CNN included extensive coverage of Capitol Hill, particularly during the events of January 6, 2021.
