Prof. Dr. Pedro Barata Coelho holds a Master's degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto and a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto. He holds postgraduate degrees in Healthcare Management from the Catholic University of Portugal, the Harvard Medical School (Global Clinical Research Training Program), and in Genetics and Genomics from NOVA Medical School of NOVA University Lisbon. He is a physician at the Santo Antônio University of Health and a member of the Drug Evaluation Committee. He is an associate professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences of Fernando Pessoa University and a visiting professor at King's College London. He is also a researcher at RISE-Health.
