I currently work as a Senior Lecturer at Aston University where I am undergraduate Admissions Tutor for Biology and Biomedical Science. My research encompasses basic and clinical science surrounding o esity, diabetes and ageing.
I also work alongside media partners to engage the general public with these subject areas. Projects include BBC's Trust Me I'm a Doctor, The Truth About..., How to Stay Young and Holding Back The Years. Other projects include Channel 4's How To Lose Weight Well and ITV Tonight.
