Ilmira Gilmutdinova, Ph.D., is the Head of the Research Center and Head of the Department of Biomedical Technologies of the Federal State Budgetary Institution, National Medical Research Center for Rehabilitation and Balneology, of the Ministry of Health of Russia. A leading researcher and transfusiologist, Ilmira also serves as a Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the same Research Center. Ilmira is a Member of the Russian Association of Oncological Rehabilitologists. Her research interests include cellular products, the principles of therapeutic effect, and organization and standards of their production; anti-aging medicine in cosmetology; fundamentals of 5-P medicine and the use of genetic testing in medical practice; and modern aspects of organizing work on anti-aging medicine.
