Nutrition and metabolism scientist at the International Agency for Research on Cancer
Heinz Freisling is a nutritional epidemiologist at the International Agency for Research on Cancer. His research work is mainly focused on obesity/overweight and its association with cancer and other comorbidities. He is a member of International Society of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity and European Association for Cancer Research (EACR), as well as the founding member of World Public Health Association (WPHNA).
Freisling holds MSc Nutritional Sciences and PhD in Epidemiology from University of Vienna.
