Medical Director and Member in the departments of General and Specialist Surgery and SOD Reconstructive Surgery and Hand Surgery at Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria Ancona. His research is focused on Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Stem Cells and Plastic-Reconstructive Surgery.

Fransceso graduated (maxima cum laude) in Medicine and Surgery at the Second University of Naples and he completed Diploma of Specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Second University of Naples.
