Dr. Courtney Millar is an Assistant Scientist at Hebrew SeniorLife’s Marcus Institute for Aging Research, affiliated with Harvard Medical School. She holds a PhD in Molecular Nutrition from the University of Connecticut, where she studied flavonoids, inflammation, and atherosclerosis. Her research focuses on the link between diet, inflammation, and mental and physical well-being in aging populations. With expertise in nutritional epidemiology and clinical research, she designs dietary interventions to promote healthy aging. Passionate about science communication and mentorship, Dr. Millar actively contributes to academic research, public speaking, and grant writing to advance knowledge in nutrition and aging science.
