Alina Su is the co-founder and CEO of Generation Lab. She was the founder and CEO of startup NovaXS, where she developed a needle-free injection Platform to help patients get better, more pain-free care. She is passionate of biotech and healthcare, with a personal mission to empower accessible healthcare for all.

Alina completed her bachelor's in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at UC, Berkerly. She was inspired to focus on Aging & Regeneration while working as a researcher at Harvard Medical School during her PhD and The Conboy Laboratory at UC Berkeley. Alina was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list Boston in 2023 and is an alum of tech accelerators Y Combinator and TechStars.
