Ville is a Software and Robotics Entrepreneur with a 15-year track record of successfully leading various initiatives in telecoms, software, robotics, chemistry, and biochemistry dealing with both startups and some of the largest organizations on the planet, founding one himself straight out of graduate school.

He loves solving complex hardware, scientific, marketing, and operational problems using people, data, software, and whatever else might be at his disposal (but mostly those first 3). Beyond this, his strengths includes market and customer research, ideation, storyboarding, product strategy, product design, product management, user experience management, process development, objective management (OKRs), process optimization, and program management. His international career includes managing people from over 30 countries, running organizations in 3 wildly different contexts at a high level, and living in 4 countries.
