Dr. Suvi Ravi is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Jyväskylä, specializing in sports and exercise medicine, nutrition, and aging. She earned her PhD by studying female athletes' health issues related to energy deficiency, including menstrual dysfunction and bone density loss. Her research explores the links between diet, biological aging, and overall well-being. Previously, she worked as a project researcher and intern at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare. With a background in nursing and sports science, Dr. Ravi is dedicated to understanding how lifestyle factors impact long-term health and performance, particularly in young and aging populations.
