Director for Google Health
Susan Thomas is the Director for Google Health in the UK. She joined Google after more than 15 years of consulting in the health and life sciences industry, most recently as a senior partner at Ernst & Young. At Google, Susan leads our work with the NHS across our various products and services and is the clinical lead for our machine learning work in health.
Prior to moving into consulting, Susan was a practicing physician in both the UK and Australia, where she undertook her training in medicine for the elderly. During her time in consulting, Susan worked across the NHS, with a focus on improving clinical quality and operational performance - not least through the incorporation of digital technologies.
