Paulina Correa-Burrows is a Chilean researcher and Associate Professor at the Institute of Nutrition & Food Technology (INTA), University of Chile. Her work focuses on how nutrition and physical activity influence long-term health, especially obesity's role in accelerating aging. She uses advanced statistical models to study biological aging markers, like DNA methylation and telomere shortening. With over 55 publications, her research has shaped understanding of childhood and adolescent health in Latin America. She leads projects like ObAGE, exploring obesity’s molecular effects. Recognized nationally, she aims to bridge nutrition science with public health strategies to promote healthier aging.
