Natalie Coles is the Chief Biosampler at R3 Bio and serves as the Project Manager for their supercentenarian biobank. With 16 years of experience in phlebotomy, she has specialized in working with the world’s oldest individuals. Her background includes serving as Assistant Transplant Coordinator at UCLA in the face and limb transplant program for military veterans, the adult liver transplant program (both pre- and post-transplant), and multivisceral transplants for pediatric and adult patients. Natalie has also been the Chief Phlebotomist for several supercentenarian research projects at Stanford and UCLA, contributing to multiple peer-reviewed publications through her work with the Supercentenarian Research Foundation and the Gerontology Research Group.
