John is a renowned scientist, technologist, and entrepreneur. As co-founder and CTO of Stentor, John was instrumental in developing one of the first web-based Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), iSite. After a 4-year stint at Philips leading the integration of iSite and the development of a global informatics platform, John became CTO of Poiesis Informatics, which created distributed workflow solutions for healthcare. John returned to Philips Healthcare in 2012 and most recently served as their global Chief Scientific Officer, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
