He is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of Chuback Vein Center in Paramus, New Jersey, a premier facility specializing in minimally invasive treatments for vascular diseases, varicose veins, and lymphedema.

Dr. Chuback earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed a five-year general surgical residency at Monmouth Medical Center.
