Joanne Ryan is an Associate professor and the Head of the Biological Neuropsychiatry and Dementia research unit in the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine (SPHPM), Monash University.
Joanne completed Bachelors in the Department of Biochemistry, University of Melbourne. She then obtained a Masters in Biostatistics from Monash University. She holds a PhD in neuropsychiatric epidemiology.
Joanne aims is to reduce the prevalence and burden of neuropsychiatric disorders across the life-course.
