I am active in writing research grant and proposal writing, project execution and project management, and a successful record in delivering outcomes for grant agencies and companies.

I am a thought leader in developing 21st Century degree programs, where I have led external and international reviews of degree programs. I have significant experience in online and distance education, development of new courses, writing and streamlining learning objectives, developing an authentic assessment that is engaging and supports student outcomes.

I am skilled in Chemical Research running research teams and graduating students at doctoral levels. I am a mentor for junior academics and have a proven track record in winning funding to support international research priorities. I have skills in ELISA, Materials Science, Spectroscopy, and Fluorescence. Strong research professional with a PhD focused in Environmental Chemistry, Material Sciences, Biofouling, Environmental Monitoring from Dublin City University.
