Helen Waters has been at the helm of the Sales and Marketing Division since 2015, where she plays a pivotal role in defining MEDITECH’s strategic direction and communication strategies. As executive vice president, Ms. Waters reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the executive team to shape MEDITECH for a long-term, successful future.

Ms. Waters is passionate about healthcare and technology and the human impact the EHR has on caregivers, patients, and their families. She is always thinking of new ways to ensure MEDITECH customers optimize and receive maximum value from their EHR solution. Ms. Waters celebrates the digital transformation of the healthcare industry and MEDITECH’s key role in shaping that with modernization of our architecture, solutions, and the impactful changes we have continued to make as a company.

In 2018 CHIME announced Ms. Water’s election to their Foundation Board. This appointment, made by her peers, signifies active participation in the organization, the strong relationships she has built, and the respect she receives in her relentless commitment to addressing important issues in healthcare IT. Ms. Waters continuously assesses the healthcare industry, and leverages her experience and insights into both MEDITECH and the industry to make strategic decisions that impact the future.
