Donte Kirby is a Baltimore-based reporter for Technical.ly and a 2020-2023 Report for America corps member. Originally from Philadelphia and a Temple University graduate, he relocated to Baltimore in May 2020 after over a year as a Peace Corps volunteer in Rwanda.
