Professor of neuro-immunology at Ben-Gurion University

Prof. Alon Monsonego is a leading neuro-immunologist at Ben-Gurion University, where he holds the Lawrence W. and Marie Feldman Chair in Neurophysiology and serves as Deputy Vice Dean. His lab studies how the immune system interacts with the brain across the lifespan—from development to aging—especially focusing on T cells, stress, and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.
