Senior Scientific Adviser at NICE and Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Keele University
Allison Gardner currently works as a Senior Scientific Adviser for Artificial Intelligence at the NICE, as well as Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Keele University. She is a director of 'Women Leading in AI' and works internationally with governments and organisations such as the UN to advocate for the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence.
Previously, she spent over 25 years as a Science and PSHE teacher in secondary schools. During this time Allison completed a PhD in Molecular Biology and then lectured at Keele University leading the Data Science Degree apprenticeship programme.
