Rory Collins was appointed Principal Investigator and Chief Executive of UK Biobank in September 2005. He is co-director of Oxford University’s Clinical Trial Service Unit & Epidemiological Studies Unit(CTSU) and an expert in large scale studies to investigate the causes, prevention and treatment of common disease.
