Nick Engerer

Biohacker focused on longevity and healthspan

Dr. Nick Engerer (Ph.D.) is a biohacker and longevity enthusiast, who treats his life as a continual optimisation experiment. Nick is particularly interested in the emerging technologies which will increase human lifespan and healthspan. He reviews longevity technologies and shares his personal experience on *The Longevity Blog*, and is deeply motivated by a passion to share what he learns with others, so that they too can maximise their health and wellness. Nick’s interest in this area is longstanding from a young age, but close personal encounters with cancer in his late 20s were particularly formative, including two of his best friends and his wife encountering cancer diagnoses at the ages of 26–27.

Joined the advisory board of DoNotAge in 2020.
