Lada Nuzhna
Longevity and tools researcher
I used to spend lots of my time trying to understand the world by studying physics and chemistry… until I realized that my life would never be long enough to find answers I could be satisfied with. And so devoting my life to extending this time is the only thing that makes sense to me. My inspiration and drive come from the idea that we can potentially live forever.
Before dropping out to pursue my aging projects with the Thiel fellowship, I studied physics and computer science at Northwestern, mostly focusing on deep learning. Right now I run Impetus Grants to fund more breakthrough longevity science and work on an independent project in the field of epigenetics.
