Dylan Kissane is the Director of Editorial at Labiotech and hosts the “Beyond Biotech” podcast. Originally from Western Australia, he earned undergraduate degrees in International Studies and Social Science in Australia, then pursued postgraduate and doctoral research in Europe focusing on complexity theory, chaos theory, and international relations. Before joining Labiotech, he held roles in academia, worked in tech startups and a deep tech company where he rose to a VP position, and later founded his own consultancy. In 2025 he began covering biopharma conferences for Labiotech, launched the podcast in March, and assumed the editorial leadership role in July.
