Daniel Strain is a science writer at University of Colorado Boulder, who has covered everything from collapsing Arctic coastlines to science education and the psychology of menu design. His writings include topics of space science, physics, engineering, natural history, geology, anthropology, political science and education.  He worked as a science writer at a number of different outlets and wrapped up internships at Science News and Science magazines.

Daniel completed the Science Communication Graduate Program and B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of California.
