Lynch holds a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Yale University. He completed MS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University and BS in Biology and Anthropology at University at Albany.
His research interests are focused on Genetics, Genomics and Systems Biology, and Evolutionary Biology.
