Clinical Associate Professor in Environmental Health at University of Birmingham
Suzanne Bartington is Clinical Associate Professor in Environmental Health, Honorary Consultant in Public Health at University of Birmingham, and UKRI Clean Air Champion. She is the co-lead for the University of Birmingham Institute for Global Innovation Clean Air theme, where she supports integration of disciplines, perspectives and activities to address global environmental challenges. She has developed specific interests in developing clean air and climate solutions which deliver co-benefits for public health and equity.
Suzanne has cross-cutting interests in development of new methods for monitoring, analysing and modelling impacts of air quality interventions Her areas of expertise include sustainable transport; environmental public policies; active travel.
