Pare is a Science Communication masters student at Imperial College London with experience in editorial work. Covering both features and news, as well as policy briefing, she has written for the Guardian UK, Imperial College News and student publications both at Imperial College and the University of Southampton, where she completed her undergraduate studies
Her background is in biology, ecology and environmental science. I aspire to communicate science in a thoughtful, clear, critical and inclusive manner to make it a more accessible and engaging area of society. She has a keen interest and experience in documentary filmmaking, after producing her own short film 'Hand Picked' as part of the MSc Science Communication TV practical module. From storyboarding to camera work and editing on Adobe Premiere Pro, she has acquired the skills required in TV film production.
