​The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH), known as Folkehelseinstituttet in Norwegian, is a government agency under the Ministry of Health and Care Services. Established in 1929, its primary mission is to produce, summarize, and disseminate knowledge to support public health initiatives and healthcare services in Norway and internationally.
