Noriko Yokoi is a 20-year veteran of some of  Madison Avenue’s best known agencies where she led the development of advertising for everything from Fortune 100 multinationals to unicorns in the life sciences category that she helped to take public. In 2018, Noriko decided to pursue her concept of growing early-stage startups and went independent. In addition to her role leading The Startup Ideation, she is a co-founder of 3cubed.ai, pitch judge and runs a meetup geared towards startup support. She is driven by curiosity and passionate about innovation.

Her post-graduate work includes a M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, as well as certification in Design Thinking from MIT where she was one of three finalists in the program. Noriko graduated in the top 6 percent of the competitive, 9-week Venture Institute program. A global citizen, Noriko has  lived in Vietnam, Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, and now calls New York home.
