Professor Martin James is a Consultant Stroke Physician at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and an Honorary Clinical Professor at the University of Exeter Medical School. With a strong focus on improving stroke care, he leads research on clinical decision-making and the use of data to enhance treatment outcomes. He plays a key role in national stroke audits and is actively involved in projects that apply AI and machine learning to personalise stroke therapies.
