Katharine Gammon is an award-winning journalist, editor and mentor based in California. She is specialized in crafting narrative stories around science, the environment and climate change.  Her work appears in The Atlantic, The Guardian, WIRED, National Geographic, Nautilus Magazine, The New York Times, and beyond. In addition to writing, she also edits journalism and content for publications, institutions and companies.

Gammon studied anthropology and taught English while in the Peace Corps in Bulgaria.
