Immunologist and Senior Lecturer at The University of Sussex
Jenna Macciochi is an immunologist, specialised in understanding how nutrition, movement and lifestyle interact with the immune system in health and disease. She is fitness instructor, health coach, and is currently working as a Senior Lecturer at The University of Sussex. She is the author of two books Immunity: the Science of Staying Well (Harper Collins, 2020) and Your Blueprint for Strong Immunity (Yellow Kite, 2022). Her expertise ranges from immunology and preventative medicine to nutrition, clinical research and development within a pharmaceutical platform.
Jenna completed BSc in Immunology at University of Glasgow, PhD at Imperial College London, and received Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from University of Sussex.
