Associate Professor of Chemistry at the University of Missouri
Dr. Elena Goun is an Associate Professor in the Chemistry Department at the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she has worked since 2020. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stanford University and a Master's from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Goun also directs the Laboratory for Bioorganic Chemistry and Molecular Imaging at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. Her research focuses on cancer metabolism and molecular imaging, contributing to advancements in both fields. She previously conducted postdoctoral research at UC Berkeley.
