Prof. Dr. Deby is the first doctor in Indonesia to take an Antiaging Medicine Specialization in Paris, France. Master of Preventive & Antiaging Medicine, Dresden International University, Germany. Has a PhD on Stem cell and Peptides from Saint Petersburg, Institute Bioregulator & Gerontology, Saint Petersburg Russia.

Awarded as Professor of Antiaging Medicine at The EFHRE International University, Barcelona, Spain. Dubbed as “The Queen of Antiaging & Stem Cell”, Owner of Vinski Group, Owner of Celltech Stem Cell Centre Laboratory and Banking, Vinski Tower- Jakarta, President of World Council of Preventive Medicine (WOCPM) in Paris with 74 countries, President of World Council of Stem Cell (WOCS) in Geneva, Switzerland with 50 countries.

She is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova for Indonesia.
