Mr. Misholi, is one of the pioneers of the Israeli hi-tech industry, founder of Comverse Technologies (NASDAQ: “CMVT”), and its CEO and Chairman of the Board from 1982 to 1989.

Mr. Misholi was the entrepreneur behind a string of successful NASDAQ hi-tech companies including FundTech (NASDAQ: “FNDT”), DSP and others.

In 1993 Mr. Misholi founded Aura Investments Ltd. The company has invested in several Hi-Tech and Bio-Tech companies while providing them with managerial assistance. Amongst these companies are: Fundtech, Versamed, Skyline, Techimage and Magma. Mr. Misholi has been serving as Aura’s CEO or Chairman since inception until 2000 and from 2005 onwards.

Mr. Misholi is the inventor of several patents in the field of technology and is a graduate of the department of Computer Engineering at the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology.
