Anthony D. Ong is a professor of psychology at Cornell University and director of the Human Health Labs, with a joint appointment in gerontology at Weill Cornell Medicine. He earned his PhD in developmental psychology from the University of Southern California and completed postdoctoral training in adult development and aging at the University of Notre Dame. His research integrates affective science, developmental psychology, and behavioral medicine to examine how emotional, social, and biological processes interact across the lifespan, with a focus on resilience, health, and ageing.
