Japan Parkinson’s Disease Association (JPDA) is a organization that pursues volunteer activities, consisting of PD patients and their family members. It has the ideal that all the PD patients should be assured the dignity as human beings and should contribute to the development of medical research. Setting out the eradication of Parkinson’s disease as a goal, it aims to make an effort to attain the high quality of life as patients, intensify activities to raise social awareness, make its step further toward mutual support and friendship, and interact with other organizations at home and abroad.
