Cryonics subscriber cremated against her wishes
Remains of Danielle Michelle Baker (of London, Kentucky) were discovered on December 7th.
She had attended life-extension conferences and had signed up to have her brain preserved.
Oregon Cryonics representative drove to the morgue to ensure legal paperwork was honoured.
But the Coroner carried out her family's wishes and cremated her body instead.
US law is not precise and is vague on what to do in this scenerio,
Cryonocist’s believe it should be against the law to violate the wishes of the deceased.
Several states have taken action to defend the right to preserve your body cyronically.
